When using parameter id in recordIssues the description will not be displayed on web interface.

 How to reproduce:

1. add  json-issue.log to your project
2. parse with the following commands:
   • recordIssues(tool: issues(id: "test_with_id", name: 'TestJenkinsWarnings_NG_With_Id' , pattern:'json-issues.log'))
   • recordIssues(tool: issues(name: 'TestJenkinsWarnings_NG_Without_Id' , pattern:'json-issues.log'))

Result:

Without parameter id the comments are visible (see attachment image_ok.png), with parameter id the comments are not visible (see attachment image_failed.png)
