When viewing the jenkins configuration page and scrolling to global libraries. If you cojnfigure a library using subversion scm or any other scm source and then save. the configuration is saved in the xml file but upon viewing the settings again the saved settings are not loaded for the 'Source code management' section of the library configuration. the settings seem to be loaded from disk corrctly since the libraries can be loaded.
