Bitbucket Branch Source 737.vdf9dc06105be Ignores Build strategies "Skip build trigger"

      With the recent upgrade of the Bitbucket branch source the "Skip build trigger if comment message contains" no longer works. The build triggers if the commit message contains the pattern. Downgrading to 734.v2f848c5e6ea2 fixes the issue.

          Ensure the latest version of basic-branch-build-strategies-plugin is installed in https://github.com/jenkinsci/basic-branch-build-strategies-plugin/releases
