Does Jenkins / Jenkins Agent seem to need the sys_chroot capability to run

      Hello Team, 

      We are deploying Jenkins (opensource image) as container on openshift , but it seems it needs 

      the sys_chroot capability to run, wanted to know it works without that capability 

      if Yes how and if No why.
