As DevOps I want ReadyApi build to be unstable if total failed test are beneath a specifiek threshold instead of failure, so I see different between real build failures and failing tests

Now the freestyle job is always a build failure, when only one test is failing.

Maybe similar to: `Publish JUnit test result report` Poste-build actions step.
