Fitnesse plugin does not resolve variables in parameters fields

    • Jenkins version 2.319.2
Installed on Windows 10, running as a service

When using the FitNesse plugin, I want to either call a FitNesse instance by giving the host name or port through a variable or use variables in the target page, but none of the variables are getting resolved, which leads to errors when trying to reach the page to call the FitNesse test/suite.

          Hello,

Any news on this one? It is really blocking us right now, we have tried using $PORT, ${PORT} or %PORT% syntax to have a parameterized port when we launch FitNesse as part of the build, but nothing works...

It works when using a JenkinsFile by defining a variable to select the port, but now with the GUI version.

          Thanks
