Restore project button does not appear for subfolders

      We are trying to restore a deleted subfolder using the job configuration history plugin. We can see the deleted subfolder in the global job config history page. But the restore project button is missing.

          I've run into this as well after accidentally deleting a job in a folder (we're using the Folders plug-in). The "Restore project" column is blank.

          Why is this a Minor priority? Not having ability to restore deleted project is a serious bug. Please can we make this fixed?

          This is at least a major bug because it also appears to affect Multi Branch pipelines which are essentially just a folder and extensively used by my company.
