No option to restore a job when job was inside a folder (ie: <folder>/<job>), a nested job
Steps to reprocude
install Jenkins LTS, install JCH plugin
Create a folder "folder"
Create a FreeStyle job at root level
Create a 2nd Freestyle job NestedJob inside folder
Delete both jobs
Attempt to restore via ${JENKINS_URL}/jobConfigHistory/?filter=deleted.
There is no option to restore on main page or after selecting job.

Messing around with the location of the "deleted" records on the FS, moving the job to the root level is restorable.


Moving the jobs into the folder and they are not.
