Jenkins keeps sending Build # - Still Failing Notification.

      Email alerts keeps coming as "Build # 168382 - Still Failing" for all projects and even after the project is disabled. Tried to result build number, but no use keeps getting mail with old billed number (incremental). 

       

      Build console says successful and clean. still the email triggered as failed. 

       

      Jenkins version : Jenkins ver. 2.222.3

       

      Tried to upgrade it with latest version, still receiving the alerts.
