sparkSend call blocks infinitely since Jenkins 2.319.3

      Since we updated to Jenkins 2.319.3 our jobs which send a message via the cisco spark notifier plugin as post action never complete. They are hanging forever in the sparkSend step. Only a forcible terminate of the job will end it.
