Support for .NET 6 SDK

      It does not seem that the .NET SDK plugin supports installation of 6.0; we're able to configure this version in the Jenkins Global Tools but at build-time get the error:

      "Install from microsoft.com" cannot be used to install "6.0" on the node XYZ

      As 6.0 is now the LTS release for .NET (replacing .NET 3.1), the support lifecycle for .NET 5 will be ending soon (May 2022).
