The since generator does update @since TODO only and does only a third of the job.
With the bump to Java 11, we do now use @Deprecated(since = "TODO"), additionally we use @RestrictedSince("TODO") which it doesn't pick up too.
Adding both documentation annotations to the since updater reduce the manual work needed a lot.
