Restart after upgrading plugin hangs all Hudson browsing

    • Environment:
      Hudson 1.363, on Linux, using Hudson's built in Winstone servlet container.

      I went to Manage Plugins, and clicked to upgrade the Git plugin to the latest version.

      Once downloaded, I clicked "Restart when no jobs are running". There were a number of jobs still active.

      At this point, my browser hung. Moreover, any attempt to browse to Hudson from any machine also hangs the browser.
