The gerrit event log plugin is triggering the events which are already triggered when Missed Events Playback Feature is enabled

      Recently, we have enabled Missed Events Playback Feature for the Jenkins Gerrit Plugin (https://plugins.jenkins.io/gerrit-trigger/#plugin-content-missed-events-playback-feature-available-from-v-2140)

      The Missed Events Playback Feature ensures that any missed events are re-played and builds are triggered when Jenkins instance has been down for a period of time (upgrade or maintenance).

       

      Here, we are facing an issue where the gerrit event-log plugin is triggering the events twice after 90 minutes or so, for the event which are already triggered . We are seeing this issue with and without restart of Jenkins instance.

       

      We can reproduce the same issue with different version of event-log plugin as well, that is with API Version 3.2.3 and API Version 2.16.21. 

       

      Please look into this bug and let us know the possible solution.
