Current builds of a project using the Valgrind publisher wait for checkpoint from earlier sequence builds.

Publish Valgrind results is waiting for a checkpoint on ... 

This leads to otherwise completed builds getting blocked until all earlier sequence builds are completed (a major time sink in my environment).

There is an open PR to fix this - seemingly trivially - with no response in more than 2y.
