ComputedFolder shows "New View" button when it should not

      Jenkins 2.332.3 LTS
      Fresh install with "Install suggested plugins"
      Branch API Plugin Version 2.1046.v0ca_37783ecc5
      OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.9+11)

      With a fresh install of Jenkins 2.332.3 LTS with "Install suggested plugins", which gives us:

      Branch API Plugin Version 2.1046.v0ca_37783ecc5

       

      If you create a ComputedFolder, such as a GitHub Organization Folder, you will see that the "New VIew" button is still displayed, even though computed folders views are computed automatically.

       

      If you try to use the "New View" button and try to create a list view, it will fail with the following message in the UI:

      HTTP ERROR 404 Not Found
      URI:    /job/test/view/a/configure
      STATUS:    404
      MESSAGE:    Not Found
      SERVLET:    Stapler
