Not Selectible for Pipeline Job from JenkinsFile

      in the configure Pipeline jobs screen, I click on the "add addition behaviors" button. The 

      "When Failed To Build, Disable Job" in "Add post-build action"

      Option is not available. The "post build actions" in the plugin documentation is no longer available in Jenkins.
