I have this issue occurring on two Jenkins instances, one is using LTS Jenkins 2.346.1, the other is running latest Jenkins 2.358.

Suddenly build history widget on every build item is not displaying:

Build trend and Atom feed are working normally. Also "Last build", "Last stable build", "Last successful build", "Last completed build" all display and work normally and builds are there.

Also I see in Console the following JS error:
 
[Error] TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'properties.getAttribute') (filter-build-history.js:9)

This is comparison of non-working and working instance:

div element with page-next-build attribute and with id: "properties", is missing and that causes javascript error, ajax build history (buildHistory/ajax) works when I open URL directly.
