When adding a new item (job or folder), it is checked while typing if the name is valid, e.g. when it contains illegal characters like "$" or "/". When the name is invalid the OK button is disabled.

When creating a new view this feature is missing. Only when the input field loses focus, the name is checked and a error message is shown. The "OK" button is still enabled and can be pressed which then leads to an error screen.

For better UX, the behavior for views should be changed so it behaves the same as for items.
