The page keeps showing 'Creating backup...' for 24 hours after clicking the backup now button

      1、I configured Periodic Backup at 9:00 on July 25th and clicked the backup now button

      2、Until now (9:00 on July 26th), the page has been displaying 'Creating backup...', and there is no other backup information on the page; and the Temporary Directory and Backup directory path are both empty

      3、What is the status of this, what is the problem, how can I check the log and backup information
