When you hover over the build number in a job page the build number adapts to have a drop down menu icon.

However when it expands the sizes or padding of the position changes such that you enter an infinite loop of it expanding and contracting.

Steps to reproduce

1. navigate to https://weekly.ci.jenkins.io/job/Demo/
2. from the left side of the page slowly move your mouse from the build status icon for build #4 to the #4 link. as soon as the #4 changes to #4 ^ stop moving the mouse

Expected condition

the text remains as #4 ^

Actual Condition

The text constantly flips between #4 ^ and {{#4}
