      New Item icon is missing in my Jenkins dashboard, could you please help me with this issue and this Insect i am facing from longtime. request you to please fix the bug ASAP.

      even i tried to create new Jenkins account and getting the same issue(not able to view the new item icon. Please find the attached dashboard screenshot and the details below. Thank you in advance.
