Support Core collects several set of files to help troubleshoot issues:

      • deadlocks
      • slow requests
      • custom Logs
      • thread dumps on high CPU load

An administrator should have the ability to manage those files from the UI.

Note: it is already possible for the following:

      • latest Jenkins log files
      • auto-generated Support Bundle

[JENKINS-69187] Allow users to check / download files generated by Support Core

A straightforward solution would be to create additional context menu items in the UI Root Action.

Note that in all cases, there is a Support component that can be checked to include the information in a support bundle. I have thought several time of an overhaul of the component selection UI that would make it look like a tables, with selectors and for this particular case, a one click download to retrieve the information for a single component. That would not allow to manage the files though (such as deleting them).
