Pod Retention can set pod resurrection. When the POD is deleted at the end of the build, the same POD is forced to start, so as to avoid waiting 20 seconds for each build start.

The purpose of this is to automatically clear the POD after each build, and then automatically create a clean POD to ensure that the next build does not have to wait 20 seconds
