Missing "System Information" item on Kubernetes pod agents

      When a Kubernetes pod agent is running on ci.jenkins.io, the left side menu lacks a "System Information" menu item (which usually shows, at least on other kind of agents, the system properties: JVM, OS, etc.).

      Please see the associated screenshots (one is an EC2 agent, the other a Kubernetes agent)
