Seeing this only reproducible in one build configuration on our internal server

I have in my profile configured the preference of the classic UI for notification emails.

There are no builds listed when the error appears (assuming a symptom of the problem).

When not being logged in, I see no js error and the build list is being shown.

I have spanish as preferred locale from the browser, switching it to English changes nothing - error still appears
