      I have installed jenkins version 2.346 with jdk version 11. Jenkins console is working fine but when I go in  Manage Jenkins --> Global tool configuration and Manage Jenkins --> Configure Global Security page, it show an error " Aproblem occured while accessing the request" with some logging id.
