If you setup Jenkins for the first time, this is the last step of the installation wizard.

Hitting the restart button is supposed to reboot Jenkins and refresh the window, however, the latter doesn't happen.

If you click on the restart button and Jenkins rebooted successfully, the window doesn't refresh and you stay on the loading page.
