SLOCCount plugin throws Java error and JAXBException

      The Jenkins SLOCCount plugin throws a java error and JAXBException as mentioned in JENKINS-55620. Even after the slocc plugin is updated to the latest version 1.26 to fix the issue as mentioned in JENKINS-68514 the same error is faced. The version of Java used is java11.
