okta jenkins integration on SAML 2.0 not working

      After integrating Jeknins with okra for MFA, jenkins login fails with the following error:

      HTTP ERROR 403 No valid crumb was included in the request

      URI: /
      STATUS: 403
      MESSAGE: No valid crumb was included in the request
      SERVLET: Stapler
