ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: 

They report a new TestSet is not created in ALM when you already have another Testset with the same name in another folder.

There is no error, but the execution is saved in the TestSet that already exists, but they would like it to be saved in a new TestSet in the desired folder.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: 

Be able to create new testsets with same name as a previous testset and upload new run results to it.
