ERROR: Could not determine exact tip revision - This is the error we are receiving post migrating from GHE Org Scan Jobs to Multi Branch Pipelines. This error is getting subside once we click on "Scan Repository Now" button. In some cases, there are 300+ branches in a single repository which is creating lot of load on our cluster after clicking the button. 

We opened a ticket to cloudbees but they mentioned this is caused by job DSL plugin and recommended to upgrade the plugin version which we did to 1.81 but still no luck. Please help as this is a blocker for us.
