I am attaching code with the changes we made at our company to address issues related to the Hudson changelog for StarTeam repositories. It still does not properly handle the "send email to the user who broke the build" option, but it is improved over the initial versions of this plugin. These changes are based on work done by Eric Broyles, Steve Favez and myself.

We currently use this plugin with Hudson version 1.355 and StarTeam 2009 (11.0). Extract the whole tree, install Maven to your path, add the StarTeam jars to your libs location and off you go. "mvn package" should do the rest.
