      reverse-proxy-auth-plugin 1.7.3

reverse-proxy-auth-plugin does not set any timeouts when doing LDAP lookups.

In case of connection issues, the hanging thread can deadlock all access to synchronised Guava user cache. Connection drops like request throttling can be common, because all LDAP group lookups are requested by the same Jenkins user.

[JENKINS-69590] Add configurable LDAP timeout properties

Thanks filip_daca for your PR. I am no longer a maintainer of that plugin, I just change the default assignee to one of the recently added maintainer.
rdalton Please tell me if you do not want to be the default assignee, I think it's either you or Steve, as others were pretty inactive.
