      Claim plugin: Version 495.v01a_c6fb_2b_a_7a

The help texts on the '?' in the GUI just "help text".
Seen first with Claim,. but it seems to be general -> core ?

[JENKINS-69712] Jenkins doesn't show helptexts any more

This issue lacks important details, such as the expected result vs the actual result.

The screenshot attached picks up the help items provided by the rebuilder-plugin.

If you want to view the help items for an object, you have to click on the question mark. Those items are not shown if you hover over the help button.

Expected: Help on the item I'm hoovering on
          Actual: A generic text
[Actually, this seemed obvious enough for me]

"The screenshot attached picks up the help items provided by the rebuilder-plugin."
As written I saw it first with the claim-plugin, but then realized, it is generic.

          Here is the another example:

Sorry, I missed the point about clicking - but no other member of our Ci team realized that as well, when I showed it.
Is this form of text needed, e.g. for screen-reader-support or similar ? If no, could the "real" help-text be made visible on hoover ?
Or the help text be replaced by something like "Click here to get the help text" ?

I'd recommend raising an enhancement issue, if you would like to see that changed. What you outlined as issue, is the way how it works and always used to work.
