If the IssuesTotalColumn is added to a view as the last column then the details showin in the popup are rendered off screen and you can not view them or interact with them.

As soon as the popup is shown the viewport expands and you get scroll bars,  however you can not use the scroll bar to scroll as moving the mouse dismisses the popup.

Ideally the popup should not cause the viewport size to change
