Hi,

I'm currently using the latest version of `durable-task` plugin on my Jenkins instance. We have a vulnerability scanner that has detected that the packaged version of golang is out of date. I haven't researched if the vulnerabilities are exploitable, but rather than do that I figured it would be easier to just upgrade the golang version. 

I've created https://github.com/jenkinsci/lib-durable-task/pull/60 to get the ball rolling.
