When in the pipeline job configuration screen there's a link at the bottom: "Pipeline Syntax".   

I'd say ever week we get some new developer complaining there's no way to know what tools are installed or how the commands work or no useful documentation.   We do have some external wiki pages explaining to go to that link but would be useful if there was a tool tip or something explaining what that link is for on screen.

Even something simple like "click here for help writing your pipeline code: " would be helpful.
