Do you have https://plugins.jenkins.io/localization-support/ installed? If so, what version?

Yes, this plugin is installed, version is 1.1.

I have seen that version 1.2 is available but not compatible with Jenkins 2.361.2.

Duplicates JENKINS-69526. You are going to need to upgrade to localization-support 1.2, which requires Jenkins 2.289.1 or later.

Thanks, I can confirm that the localization-support 1.2 solved the problem.
