Metadata endpoint returns 405

      The saml metadata endpoint is no longer available and returns a 405 error

      curl -sv  https://jenins.domain.test/securityRealm/metadata

      i think it's broken since version: 4.364.veddefb_8dc0ea

      Causing PR's:

      Those changes causing ADFS to no longer auto update settings from jenkins SAML.
