[JENKINS-69961] Maven 3.4 dependency does not exist

Reviewed and realized the 3.20 > 3.4. Was reviewing with the dev encountering the problem which was seen as 3.2 and not 3.20

We will dig into this a little more to understand the issue more clearly.
