Wrong chevron animation and final position in Dashboard View link contextual menu

      When a Jenkins job name is long enough to be displayed on 2 or more line in a Dashboard View, the contextual menu chevron animation and final position is wrong and typically hidden by the name on mouse over event.


      It would be better to use the same style Jenkins uses in other table:
