I'm not entirely sure what the reason for changing all icons to be black-and-white is, but this has significantly reduced distinguishability and quick diffentiation between the various components of the website.

Where pre-icon-change it was easy to go into Manage Jenkins and quickly head to the particular section of that page we were looking for, as admins, the new icons require a lot more reading/work to find where to go.

This is extremely counter-productive.
