[JobDSL plugin] Support parameters in organizationFolder's properties

      I need to define parameters in several Multibranch pipeline jobs created by the Organization Folder job type. According to api-viewer, parameters key is only supported by FreeStyleJob, IvyJob, MatrixJob, MultiJob, WorkflowJob and MavenJob.
