(1). I have not been able to find any documentation so far around how to use gcp-secrets-manager-credentials-provider-plugin in my init scripts. I'm not sure what has to be imported to programmatically set this up during start up

(2) Once it's been setup how do we pass secrets imported via gcp now to other parts of our setup that are also automated. For example setting up k8s cloud is something that also requires secrets.
