We have recently migrated from Jira Server to Jira Cloud. 

Prior to the migration, Jenkins/Jira were connected via the Jenkins Jira Plugin, in such a way that at the end of a successful freestyle build, Jenkins would comment on the issues that were in the commits in the build.  It would then transition the project from Ready for Build to Ready for Test status, and re-assign the assignee.

As expected, this functionality broke after migration, however; after generating the proper API token and re-authenticating, I believed the integration was fixed.  The comments are still being generated, however; now the transitioning and re-assigning never happens.

I cannot seem to figure out where to configure the transitioning/re-assigning in the first place, let alone debug this issue, as the only step we are using is "Jira: Update relevant issues" with the default selector option.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
