Hello,
I am using the subversion plugin and having a problem where the check-in note does not propagate into Jenkins some of the time.Â
Curiously, there doesn't seem to be any consistency as to when this happens. Even modifying the same files, or a subset of the same files, it seems to result in sometimes the check-in note just not coming through. Other times works totally fine. The file list comes through, just not the check-in note. (see attached screenshots - example of a working one, and a not-working one)
I hadn't updated Jenkins or plugins when this started happening, but I have updated+moved the subversion server - as this is the only change I can recall, I suspect this might be related... but I can't 100% be sure.
The check-in notes field is useful for us since build results / build notes gets published to our game's discord via the jenkins discord plugin. We customized the build server name to be a character, and players get excited to follow her adventures and read the check-in notes to see what is being worked on
