Secret file is not getting uploaded in Jenkins'credentials

      URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!

       

      Jenkins Version: Jenkins 2.346.1

      Credentials Binding PluginVersion: 523.vd859a_4b_122e6

      Issue : Trying to upload Secret file in Jenkins's Credentials, but getting an issue as shared

       

       

      Working on client side environment, and the Jenkins URL(https://eiapigee.cloud.pge.com/) is configure through load balancer.

       

      Please let me know for this issue.
