Parameter Seperator, Section header only showing plain text not HTML

      Parameter Separator Plugin Version 1.3

      Section Header is only showing "Plain Text" under the text box and not able to change it as "Safe HTML" how it is shown in this plugin document page.

      I searched on net and existing issues to see if any option, but not able to get any relavant details, kindly suggest if this is an issue or if any option available.

      Let me know if any other details required.
