https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-7193 seems like it could be useful for pipeline-maven. Perhaps generateMavenWrapperScriptContent could be skipped when using Maven 3.9.0+? That would avoid messy usage of a temp file, and make it simpler to print to the build log an actual command that could be reproduced locally when troubleshooting.
